It’s the last day of our December 2019 Walt Disney World vacation, and we start it by eating breakfast at Whispering Canyon Cafe in Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort! Originally, we had really wanted to make a reservation at this restaurant to try the banana bread french toast again, which we had during our September 2018 trip – but alas, the menu had been changed! So, instead we settled on a ginormous cinnamon bun and a breakfast platter. The best part about the breakfast platters is that you can request more of whatever you enjoy most, even if that’s everything! After dining, we hop on a boat to the Magic Kingdom to soak in the holiday and Christmas decor, so Jingle Cruise (a holiday overlay for the Jungle Cruise) was the perfect place to start! Then, we catch a quick show in the Enchanted Tiki Room, which was so intriguing to watch after just having learned more about the history of the attraction from the Imagineering Story (on Disney+).
