Absolutely nothing compares to a fresh madeleine, straight out of the oven- it’s crisp outside and so light and airy and warm, and just the perfect bite size- it’s one of my favourite desserts to make ❤️

Ingredients-
90g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
10g bisoff spread
100g flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
90g melted butter, browned
10g milk
7-8 biscoff biscuits, crushed
Procedure-
1. Whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla and biscoff spread until light and airy.
2. Sift in the flour and baking powder and fold to combine.
3. Whisk in the melted brownies butter and milk and fold in the crushed biscuits.
4. Transfer the batter into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
5. Prepare a madeleine pan with melted butter and dust it with flour.
6. Pipe the cold madeleine batter into the prepared pan.
7. Bake at 190C for 12-14 minutes.
