Esteemed French culinary educator Didier Péan was present with his students at the 10th World Food Competition (WFC 2026), a global culinary event organized by GNIHM.
He holds a significant position at the CCI Maine-et-Loire Formation (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) in Saumur and Angers. Serving as a trainer or coordinator in the Hotel-Catering-Tourism department, he is well-known for mentoring apprentices in prestigious culinary competitions and for his efforts in promoting sustainable practices, such as the “Zero Waste” challenge (ZDchallenge) in the realm of professional cooking.
