1 cup oil (or enough to submerge half the chicken)
1 kg chicken (karahi cut)
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
8 medium tomatoes (or 750g)
6-7 green chillis
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp (kuti Kali mirch)
Ginger and coriander to garnish

    Bhai.. U completely forgot the crushed sookha dhania… That's a must in Shinwari/Peshawari style karahi… U can also add a pinch of sabit ajwain in the end… For that yummy classical taste!
