A new restaurant opened just off the Las Vegas strip. It’s close to the Sphere and Convention Center. Braseria by EDO has a huge bar area and is known for its Gin & Tonic drink carts. The restaurant features French-Spanish cuisine. It’s open 5pm to 10pm. It will soon have a rooftop patio too! It’s located on Paradise Road south of Twain.
