Ingredients
– 7 Egg Yolks (at room temperature)
– ¾ cup (150 g) Powdered Sugar
– 2 cups (480 ml) Whole Milk
– 1 3/4 cup (420 ml) Fresh Cream or Whipping Cream
– 3 1/2 Tbsp Instant Coffee Powder
– ¼ tsp Salt
NOTE: You can skip the egg yolks and just dissolve the sugar in the milk and cream directly for a Philadelphia style ice cream. Just keep in mind the ice cream will be less rich without the egg yolks.
