In this vlog, we spent our anniversary enjoying a simple but special day in the city, ending the night with a beautiful dinner at a French restaurant. I also took the opportunity to upgrade my kitchen with new Le Creuset pots and saucepans, it’s something I’ve been wanting for a while.

CHICKEN VEGE SOUP
3 baby Potato
3 Carrots
– cut in bite size
Pan Oil
1.5 Bite size Chicken (Bone-in or Boneless)
Baby Potato
Carrots
1 whole Onion1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Chili Flakes
2 Bay leaf
5 cups Chicken broth
1 can Diced tomato
-cook for 2omins (high heat)
Add:
Bell pepper (Red, Green and Yellow)
Handful Spinach
-cook for 20mins
