💡 INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:
For the Passion Fruit Cream:
• ~10 Fresh Passion Fruits (yields approx. 50ml fresh juice) Note: Can substitute or top-up with high-quality store-bought tropical juice!
• Sugar (to taste)
• 1 Whole Egg
• Butter
For the tartlets and Glaze:
• 4 Pre-made shortcrust pastry shells
• 2 Fresh Passion fruits
• 4 tbsp tropical fruit juice
• half a teaspoon of Potato or corn Starch (to thicken)
• Fresh mint and a piece of passion fruit (for garnish)

  2. Too expensive unless you have your own passionfruit vine. Passionfruit at my local supermarket in Victoria are $1 80 each. 10 passionfruit will cost me $18!!! 😔

  3. Purple passion fruit is originally from southern South America, and yellow passion is originally from northern South America.
