Caramelized Onions
2 diced yellow onions, butter or oil, pinch of sugar, pinch of salt. Cook on medium-low for 25–30 min until deep golden-brown and jammy.
In-N-Out SECRET Sauce (upgraded)
Mayo, ketchup, diced dill pickles, pickle juice, sugar, paprika, grated garlic, MSG, chopped chives, caramelized onions. Mix until combined and chill in the fridge.
Fries
Carefully fry frozen French fries (from frozen – patted lightly with paper towels) at 350°F until CWISPY → drain on a wire rack → season with salt.
Build (Animal Style)
Hot fries → top with American cheese → broil cheese until melted → add caramelized onions → drizzle In-N-Out sauce. Enjoy friends 🙂

In n Out is so weird because their burger is literally my favorite out of any place. Yet their fries are the absolute worst😂
I love the fries at in n out 😔
And the way they treat their workers and pay them makes it taste better I swear
(despite being a chain of fast food restaurants they try to make it stay a family restaurant by treating all their workers like actual people, and at least in my area have the highest salaries (and cheapest food) of any competition and the least bs tolerance from customers, and the fastest food still. One of the first places I've been to where their workers aren't dead in the eyes)
