I learned these Recipes from a French Baker and now they are My Favorites! Simple ingredients, spectacular results!

🚩Ingredients and recipe:
2 eggs.
50 g of sugar.
mix well.
120 ml of yogurt.
120 ml of warm water.
mix well.
8 g of dry yeast.
40 ml of vegetable oil.
6 g of salt.
mix well.
600 g of wheat flour.
mix well with a spatula.
add the remaining flour.
Knead the dough by hand.
Continue kneading the dough until it becomes smooth.
cover and let rise for an hour.
125 g of walnuts.
60 g of sugar.
1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
mix well.
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Roll out the first 3 pieces of dough with a rolling pin.
brush with butter.
add the nut mixture.
Cut the dough into 8 equal parts.
Braid the dough.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
Do the same with the remaining 3 pieces of dough.
cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Mix one egg with one tablespoon of milk.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
