We are bringing back Day 3 of our journey to try every single menu item at L’Étoile French Restaurant! This was an unforgettable dinner featuring some of the most iconic flavors of France.

We started with the Escargot, which is locally sourced and served in a rich garlic basil butter with crispy grissini for dipping. For the main course, we enjoyed the Duck, featuring both the leg and the breast. It’s prepared with a beautiful orange honey, pink peppercorn, and thyme glaze, and served alongside green beans sautéed in garlic and oil. As per the chef’s recommendation, the duck is served perfectly medium-rare for the best flavor and texture.

To round out the meal, we paired everything with a glass of Chateau Graysac Medoc 2018 red wine. If you missed this one the first time, it’s a must-watch!
