👨🍳 Steps / बनाने की विधि
🔪 Sabse pehle aloo ko chil kar fries ke shape me kat lo aur pani me dhokar ek taraf rakh do. (Peel the potatoes, cut them into fries shape and wash them in water.)
🌶 Ab adrak, lehsun aur hari mirch ko mixi me pis kar paste bana lo. (Grind ginger, garlic and green chilli to make a paste.)
🥔 Ye paste kate hue aloo me dal do, upar se Kashmiri lal mirch aur namak dal kar achhe se mix karo. (Add the paste to the fries, then add Kashmiri red chilli and salt and mix well.)
🌽 Ab isme corn flour dal kar achhe se coat karo, pani bilkul mat dalna warna mixture lachila ho jayega. (Add corn flour and coat the fries well. Do not add water or it will become sticky.)
🔥 Ab ek ek karke fries ko medium garam tel me deep fry karo. (Deep fry the fries one by one in medium hot oil.)
⏳ Pehli fry ke baad fries ko bahar nikal kar thodi der rest karne do. (After the first fry, take them out and let them rest for a while.)
🍟 Phir dusri baar fry karo taki fries extra crunchy ho jaye. (Fry them again so the fries become extra crispy.)
🍅 Garama garam fries ko ketchup ke sath serve karo. (Serve the hot crispy fries with ketchup.)
