Pizza Sticks:

Ingredients:
Mushrooms 1 cup
Cherry tomatoes 1 cup
Onion (1 inch pieces) 1 medium
Capsicums (1 inch pieces) 2 large
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
Pizza dough 250 gm
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Pizza sauce ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes 1 tsp

Method:
In a bowl mix mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onion, capsicums, chopped garlic, salt and red chili flakes. Then spread the pizza dough evenly. Now spread pizza sauce, add cheese and mixed herbs. Then cut the dough in 1 inch strip. Now arrange vegetables on the sticks and cover with pizza dough strips. In the end bake until golden brown. Serve hot.

Naranji Pulao:

Ingredients:
Rice 500 gm
Oil ½ cup
Onions (sliced) 2 medium
Mutton 500 gm
Orange peels 1 cup
Carrot peels 1 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Almonds (blanched) 2 tbsp
Pistachios (blanched) 2 tbsp
Raisins 2 tbsp
All spice (whole) 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Saffron screwpine 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a wok heat oil add onions and whole all spice. Fry well. Then add mutton and ginger garlic paste. Cook well. Now add water along with salt. Cook until the mutton gets tender. Then separatethe mutton. Now cook rice with the stock along with saffron screwpine. Then in a pan boil orange peel and carrot peel for 2 minutes and soak in the water. Now blanch well. Then add sugar and boil well. Now sauté nuts and peels in the oil. In the end serve rice hot with cooked mutton, nuts and peels.

Crispy Potato Chips:

Ingredients:
Potatoes 3 (large)
Salt 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Black pepper to taste
Red chili powder for seasoning

Method:
Cut potatoes in slicer. Then wash potato slices in the cold water. Now dip it in salted water for about 5 minutes. Then dry it well. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes well on a medium heat. In the end add black pepper and season with red chili powder. Serve hot.
