Baked Protein French Toast 🔥🍞
5 minutes to throw together, 25 minutes in the oven and you’ve got a warm, high protein breakfast that feels like dessert but fits your macros perfectly!
Per serve:
➡️ 436 cals | 36g protein | 11g fat | 33g carbs
Ingredients:
2 whole eggs
100g egg whites
50ml extra light skim milk
Cinnamon (to taste)
1tsp Vanilla extract
2 slices Helga’s Plus High Protein bread
30ml Sugar free maple syrup
Mix everything, soak the bread, bake at 180°C for 25 minutes and enjoy!
