Chuck roast recipe is
5 pounds chuck roast
4 cups water
4 tablespoons beef boulion
Bay leaves
Thyme
Rosemary

Season beef with garlic powder salt and pepper.

Season both sides well.

Sear for around 5 minutes on each side or until golden.

Mix boulion and water to create a broth like mixture

Pour over chuck roast pot and put in oven at 300
After 10 minutes turn oven to 350
For us it took different times but around 3 hours you should start checking it.

Take out and enjoy
