250g / 2 sticks butter 🧈
125g / 1 level cup plain flour
125g /1 level cup cornflour
40g / 1/3 of a cup ground almonds
1 medium egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
145g / 3/4 of a cup caster sugar
jams/jellies of your choice

  5. These are great, I used plum jam and they came out really good – a word of warning though don’t be like me and eat one as soon as it came out of the oven the jam was like hot lava 😂
