I ate 5 of the “best” croissants in New York City to see if any of them could actually beat the real thing in France. The results were… unexpected.
Everyone says you can’t find a good croissant outside of Paris. They say it’s the water, the butter, or just the vibes. But as a comedian living in NYC, I took that personally. Today, I’m on a “Man vs. City” quest to prove the snobs wrong.

I visited 5 famous NYC bakeries, looking for that perfect honeycomb structure, the shatter-mess flake, and the pure butter flavor. Most were disappointments, but two of them came dangerously close to perfection.
