If you direct all the tourists away from the “ tourist trap” to a new place doesn’t the new place become the tourist trap.
You speak with such an overwhelming vocal fry that it makes it difficult to listen to you. It is an affectation that will cost you many viewers like me. It's just too annoying to listen to. I suggest you cultivate a natural speaking voice.
