Can you cook with cream??? All your dishes look amazing but you add cream and butter to all of them, everything end up tasting like butter or milk, instead of the real meat. It makes sense why you had beef stock 😅
You've moved up my bucket list, esp now America is OFF the list of countries to visit. I've looked up your menu online, so I'll be booking a table for two weeks straight! 😂😂😂🎉🎉❤

The cream is back!
Dude, LOVE your food waste ethics AND of course your recipes.
Thank you, Chef!!
Now that's delicious
A bit of bits.
So it's basically stroganoff
Chips not rice yummo
I would use this recipe for a hot beef sandwich.
Same as stroganoff without the mushrooms,?
Just realized Kylo Ren films all of these
Heartburn in a meal
classic French steak Diane doesn't have mushrooms
Using the ends, they look like wild game that’s been home processed. Which is a high compliment
I need to catch up!
This almost sounds like a stroganoff… it looks fantastic.
No mushrooms in steak Diane. But of course a quebecois would not know that. Clueless about classical French cuisine
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love your vids, quick question, why do you hammer the meat so thin, thats not really a thing here in Ireland?
Steve is a wonderful chef. No BS, just brilliant videos!!! ❤❤❤
i fuckin love this dude
You don't like astronomical beef prices? Vote differently.
My favorite part was when you pushed the secret ingredient, microplastics into the meat when you beat it with the meat mallet.
looks so good.
It's not French; it's British.
Can someone tell me why did he oil the meat and the pan not just one or the other? Im sure this guy has a reason.
Steve you’re recipes never cease to fail
Why are they so expensive, theres a literal surplus and cows are a renewable resource.
Man I use way WAY more butter and worsterschire when I make mine. And like, 15 shallots laughs
😂😂😂 Not how the dishes is but keep on trying 👎👎👎👎
Is Steak Diane French? never ever seen it on a french Restaurant menu in Europe. According to research it's British.
So…. It tastes like Stroganoff?
Why oil it after seasoning it shouldn’t it be the other way around? lol
