  1. Creme brulee is beautiful in its simplicity. It's so light and not overly sweet (if you don't want it to be), and if you use brown sugar on the surface it gets a nice little kick

    2 oz sug
    vanilla
    salt
    4 oz milk
    4 oz cream

    heat dairy (small bubbles), temper mix of all else, into oven, min, baño maría 30 min. 30 min rest, 8 hours fridge, caramelo on top.

  6. Never tried your sugarcoating on top, I like the "burnt" taste of regular but will def give this one a go!
