No, this isn’t a mandrake from Harry Potter. It’s celeriac (celery root), and if you’ve ever seen it at a farmer’s market and wondered what the heck to do with it, here you go. Today I’m making it into Celeriac Remoulade, a traditional French recipe that is so lovely.
