I’m renovating a vintage dollhouse into a tiny French cheese shop, designing and building every detail from scratch.
In this episode I create rustic wood plank floors and a pallet-style wall made to look like vintage wine box lids. The floor planks were designed in Adobe Illustrator, stained in multiple tones for variation, and installed in a staggered pattern before being sealed with Mod Podge.
For the pallet wall, I designed the graphics in Illustrator and Photoshop and engraved and cut the pieces on my xTool laser before assembling them beneath the stairs.
This project is part of my dollhouse renovation series, where I transform a simple vintage dollhouse into a detailed miniature cheese shop filled with character and tiny handmade design.
