Happy Valentines Everyone! 🥰
Well this is how I show my love on Valentine’s, and what’s a better present than chocolate with more chocolate?!
For this chocolate box cake, it’s a rich chocolate cake with a chocolate mousseline cream(recipe can be found on my chocolate fraisier video a couple days ago!), sliced strawberries, topped with raspberry and ganache bonbons, and covered with chocolate 🥰

Here’s the chocolate cake recipe
80 grams of flour
125 grams sugar
20 grams cocoa powder
3 grams baking powder
3 grams baking soda
1 gram of salt
75 grams of milk
30 grams of plain oil
35 grams of egg
80 grams of @durosecoffee
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl. Add the wet to dry ingredients, and mix to combine. Then pour in prepared molds and bake at 180C/ 350F till toothpick inserted comes out clean!
