Got hard-boiled eggs in the fridge and not sure what to make? This video is for you. Nicole shares seven creative, high-protein recipes that transform simple hard-boiled eggs into flavor-packed meals, snacks, and sauces you’ll actually be excited to eat. Whether you’re meal prepping, using up leftovers, or just looking for something beyond deviled eggs, these recipes prove how versatile humble eggs can be.

She starts with savory Korean Soy Marinated Eggs, rich with umami and perfect over rice. Next up are comforting Creamed Goldenrod Eggs — a cozy, old-school favorite that’s simple and satisfying. If you love a party dip, the Deviled Egg Dip delivers all the classic flavor in scoopable form. Then comes a hearty Hard-Boiled Egg Casserole that turns pantry staples into an easy baked dinner.

Nicole keeps the inspiration going with Loaded Egg Salad, packed with bold mix-ins for extra texture and flavor. For something warming and deeply spiced, she makes a comforting Egg Curry that’s perfect with naan or rice. The video wraps up with Sauce Gribiche — a bright, tangy French sauce loaded with chopped eggs and herbs that instantly elevates roasted meats, fish, or vegetables.

  1. Great ideas Nicole😊.My friend got a egg cooker from Amazon, it's a Elite Gourmet easy egg cooker. She liked it so much. And to my surprise she ordered me one.Oh my,it makes great eggs. You can make scrambled, soft eggs, med eggs, hard boiled, omelet, even poached.Have tried hard boiled, was excellent 👌.lt makes 7 at a time.Has a cup that pokes the end of the egg.And you measure the water for what you need.Easy😊,and so good.No more boiling eggs.Omelet better than most restaurants,so soft .l use it to make eggs, ice water bath, and Peel them perfect.!!and small ,you cover it up and put it away.love the bacon 🥓 in the egg salad yum..

  2. You are a beautiful lady, and seem to be nice, BUT: Not a zero dollar meal unless someone gives you butter, milk, eggs, bacon, bread and onions. Maybe you have all these "pantry staples" on hand, but you had to buy them at some time. Really like your vids.

  3. Egg curry is quite popular in some parts of India, especially in Chettiar cuisine in southern India….you can also make a great curry using strips of omelette instead of boiled eggs

  4. Finally a recipe that isn't just flour or bread as the carb. Also you actually mentioned serving something with a vegetable, big day!

  5. I usually put chips or Doritos on my egg salad then the top piece of bread, for that extra crunch. Plus I use honey mustard or Chick Fil-a sauce, instead of Dijon mustard. Plus I put paprika in the salad too. Just like I put it in deviled egg filing & on top of the deviled eggs.

  6. Golden rod eggs have been my husband's family's Easter breakfast tradition for generations. Our daughters love it too.

  7. I love your channel but egg of the golden rod? In my opinion it’s disgusting. I’m a 60’s kid and my mom made this all the time. I hated it as a kids and in my 62 years I’ve never made it lol and I don’t think I ever will lol

  8. Curry in a cream sauce and large diced hard boiled eggs makes a great Sunday breakfast. Serve with English muffins and bacon on the side….

  9. You should try an egg steamer! You can make them soft, medium or hard boiled, little water, 7 minutes, and not much power. PERFECT for a quick egg.

  10. Absolutely Wonder 🍞 Bread always ruled in my 🏡 home, especially 😋 for 🥚 Egg salad sandwiches 🥪. Sooo glad you did this segment for the forgotten egg. Bravo 👏 Thank you Sandra A.Hudson Valley N.Y 😊

  11. I had forgotten about sauce gribiche, but in the food processor like that it's so much easier to make than hollandaise, keeps a while in the fridge so you can make it ahead, hits a lot of similar flavor notes, and works on many of the same foods. Thanks for the reminder and lesson.

  12. I live in Houston. Heating up the oven to "boil" eggs is a non-starter for 90% of my year. Enter: The Air Fryer! 15 minutes later, cooler house, and the recipe is ready to GO!

  13. Just made the egg casserole. Both me and the hubby quite liked it, which does not happen often. Thank you very much for the idea, dear Nicole @AllRecipes!

  14. Creamed eggs on toast are the BOMB! It’s so fun to resurrect them at other times of the year besides Easter! 😂 The grandbabies are loving them. I truly think they are best w/o added meats… just plenty of fresh cracked black pepper!

  15. Eggs have become a daily staple for my husband and I so I was thrilled to see this video. I am going to watch it again and start making these recipes! Although the unhealthy part of the egg salad sandwich is the soy bean oil in the store bought mayo and the glyphosate in the Wonder bread. I have been making my own mayo for 3ish years. We can always make it better. Thank you so much for showing us these recipes!!!

  16. I boil my eggs the same way put them in the ice water bath and never add salt and 99.9% of my hard boiled eggs are easy to peel!

  17. Best purchase I ever made was an egg cooker. I'll never hard boil eggs in water on the stove again.

  18. I'm wondering why you add hot sauce to everything you make? I can't tolerate spicy, hot food. Also, doesn't hot sauce over take the flavor of the other ingredients? It's like when you drench a salad with dressing and can't taste the vegetables.

  19. "I don't consider eggs cheap" but everything you take out of your fridge & pantry is free -so this meal is free…
No. That's not how it works. It was not free when you bought it & put it in the fridge & pantry. 🤦‍♀️

  20. ❤❤Wow I did the beshamel sauce with mustard and cheese… it was SO GOOD… I PUT COOK SLICED potatoes and cooked ham on top… and ate with strawberry toast. Super yummy Thank you so much ❤❤❤

  21. Apparently some needs to make a ‘hard-boiled’ egg tutorial. Those eggs are still jelly in the middle. NOT hard boiled

  22. Korean eggs!!! Wow! Hubby not touching them! I love this. Thanks for the recipe. I substituted stevia for sugar. Still good!
