Here are the ingredients for the delicious and easy crepes,

* 125 gr flour
* 2 eggs
* 250 ml milk
* 25 gr butter
* pinch of salt
* Nutella:

* In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs, salt and milk, stirring to combine. Add butter and beat until smooth.
*Heat the crepes/pancake maker to medium high heat. Put approx. 1 big spoon for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

*Cook the crepe/pancake for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot with topping of your preference (Nutella, berry, bananas, honey, cheese, ham, etc)
