FRENCH BRIOCHE BREAD || How to make Soft, buttery and perfect brioche bread

Ingredients:
✅️ 3 cups bread flour + 4 tbsp
✅ 1 1/2 tsp️ instant yeast
✅️ 1/2 cup sugar
✅️ 1/2 tsp salt
✅️ 3 eggs
✅️ 1/2 cup warm milk
✅️ 1/2 cup soft butter

Eggwash: 1 egg + 1 tbsp milk

Procedure:
– In a bowl put 100ml warm milk, 20g sugar, 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast, 4 tbsp bread flour. Mix well until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
– In mixer bowl combine bread flour, salt and 1/2 cup sugar and strain. Turn on the mixer into low speed to mix the dry ingredients. Add the yeast mixture to dry ingredients and continue kneading for 7-8 minutes.
– Beaten the 3 eggs and add to the mixer gradually.
– While the mixer is running add the soft butter gradually once all butter incorporated increase speed into medium for 15-20 minutes. The dough should be smooth and elastic.
– Transfer the dough into a little grease bowl. Cover with cling wrap and towel. Rest for 1 hour or double the size.
– Punch the center to release the gas. Divide into 6 slices. Make a ball. Grease the pan. Put the 6 pcs ball dough. Rest for another 40-50 minutes.
– Brush with eggwash

Preheat the oven at 350F
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until brown.

Brush the bread with butter (optional)
