  1. My Home Made easy version that I came up on my own was Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Chick Stock Powder. At the end I add salt to taste.
    My BBQ Ketchup is Passata, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Chipotle Powder, Chick Stock Powder and Brown Sugar.

  5. Bro the Szechuan peppercorns is a wild choice but I respect it cuz I put a bunch of that in my chili oil

  6. I found these quantities in one of their recipes. No guarantee that these are the actual quantities for this particular mix, but it's a starting point. Oddly, the sugar is missing. No idea how much exactly is in it.

    100g Chicken stock powder
    25g Salt
    25g MSG
    12.5g Szechuan peppercorns
    5g Black pepper
    5g Cumin seeds
    5g Paprika
    5g Onion powder
    5g Garlic powder
    1g Dried oregano
