Lovely Spring meals! Our chives are just coming up in the garden. I notice you put your hair up when you cook. I do this also. So many TV and online cooks have all their hair hanging down, I wonder if it ends up in the dinner!

Ohh the indoor marche looked wonderful. I always love seeing the outdoor chicken ovens and the potatoes from the bottom yum. I shall have to give the sauce a try. I bet it would work with salmon too. Passez une excellente semaine. À bientôt! 😊

Lovely!! And the music is fantastic. If you add raisins to the stew, you would have a Cuban picadillo which they eat with white rice. If you add beans and spices, American chili. Your stew is an excellent base for different dishes. I think I will do it this week. Thank you.
