I’m fairly new to the world of wine and husband and I have enjoyed learning more about Spanish wines after a trip to Rioja in Spain last year. Found this one on winebid.com and it did not disappoint! One of our favorite Spanish wines we’ve had thus far!

This is a good one. Ferrer Bobet is a project where technical part is done by Raül Bobet, a Phd in chemistry that really knows what he is doing, he’s work is surgically precise. This is the wine made of young vines, althought is the least complex of his project, still a very good wine, plus the vintage 2013 is outstanding in Priorat. Was it alive and well after all this years? Today I just opened a “Ferrer Bobet Vinyes Velles” 2016 as I still have several bottles.
