A good simple beer soup is awesome! i'll have to give this a shot if i find some cheap chuck. our family has a recipe for a beer, cheddar, potato, onion, and cajun inspired seasoning soup. goes great with bids of thick bacon or chicken if you want meat. found you in the recommended watching a Sorted video, and glad i did. love the energy for the food, and showing a good simple recipe.
