In this video, I share a warm spring day in France.
At home, I cook a sweet potato pie and lentil soup. I talk about anxiety and how we can relate to it more gently.
Later, I go for a haircut and enjoy a quiet spring walk surrounded by blooming trees.
In the evening, I prepare simple coconut cookies that taste a little like Raffaello and brew tea with cloves and rose petals.
