Recipe:-
Potatoes of good quality:- 5-6 pcs big ones
Black pepper as per your taste
Salt as per your taste
Chilli flakes as per your taste
Oregano as per your taste
Corn flour:- 1cup and you adjust as per your crispy level
Rice flour :- 1/4 cup
Sprinkle some water for better coating
And make sure while coating corn flour your potatoes should be dry (make sure to rub them with towels after washing)
Oil for frying
Try to double fry them for extra crispy ness
In end top it with them some salt you choices of spices and serve and enjoy 😉
