French onion chicken orzo

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 box chickpea orzo made by barilla
2 yellow onions
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 packet french onion soup mix
1 tsp minced garlic
Shredded swiss cheese
Shredded parmesean
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
– [ ] Add your butter to a pan and your yellow onions diced and cook on med until brown and soft.
– [ ] Tenderize your chicken breast and cook in the skillet until done i like to cook mine cover on medium 10 min each side. Then shred it when its done
– [ ] Add water to a skillet or pot to get to a boil then add your orzo pasta should tale 10 minutes only. Then drain it
– [ ] Make the onion soup mix adding to a bowl chicken broth, sour cream, minced garlic, half tsp of salt and mix.
– [ ] Everything should be done now so in a skillet dish combine your onions and orzo then mix it up, lay the shredded chicken on top of that evenly. Then add 1 cup of swiss and 1 cup of parmesean on top evenly.
– [ ] Throw that in the oven at 350F for 5 minutes.
– [ ] Add evenly to 7 meal prep containers.
