    RECIPE:

    For the salad:

    • Canned tuna — 1 can (about 150-200 g).

    • Anchovies (fillets) — 5-6 pcs.

    • Chicken eggs — 3-4 pcs.

    • Tomatoes — 200-300 g.

    • Green beans (fresh or frozen) — 100-150 g.

    • Cucumbers — 1-2 pcs.

    • Red bell pepper — 1/2 pc.

    • Shallots or red onions — 1 pc.

    • Black olives — a handful.

    • Lettuce leaves (romaine, lettuce) — 1 bunch.

    • Garlic — 1 clove.

    For the dressing:

    • Olive oil — 4-5 tbsp.

    • Wine vinegar (red or white) or lemon juice — 1-2 tbsp.

    • Dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon

    • Salt and black pepper – to taste.

    1. Preparing the ingredients:

    1. Cook the beans in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then immediately plunge into ice water to preserve their bright green color and crispness.

    2. Boil the eggs and cut into quarters.

    3. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, the cucumbers into circles or half-moons. Cut the pepper into strips, and the onion into thin rings.

    4. Tear the lettuce leaves by hand.

    2. Preparing the dressing:

    1. In a small bowl, combine the mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Gradually pour in the olive oil, whisking until emulsified. 3. Assembling the salad:

    1. A French secret: rub a salad bowl with a sliced garlic clove.

    2. Arrange the lettuce leaves.

    3. Toss the vegetables with half the dressing and arrange them on the leaves.

    4. Arrange the tuna (broken into large chunks), anchovies, olives, and eggs on top.

    5. Drizzle with the remaining dressing.
