    INGREDIENTS –
    🍞 Bread slices (6–8, corners trimmed)
    🧀 Mozzarella cheese cubes (6–8)
    🥚 Eggs (2)
    🥛 Milk (150 ml)
    🧈 Butter (1–2 tbsp, melted)
    🍓 Strawberry compote (for topping)

    PROCEDURE –
    •⁠ ⁠Trim the corners of 🍞 bread slices.
    •⁠ ⁠Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice like a roti.
    •⁠ ⁠Place a 🧀 mozzarella cube in the centre and roll the bread tightly into a cylindrical shape. Seal the edges properly.
    •⁠ ⁠Arrange the rolled bread pieces in a greased oven-safe bowl, placing them close to each other.
    •⁠ ⁠In a mug, whisk 🥚 eggs and 🥛 milk until well combined.
    •⁠ ⁠Pour this egg-milk mixture evenly over the bread rolls. Let it soak for 2–3 minutes.
    •⁠ ⁠Brush 🧈 melted butter on top.
    •⁠ ⁠Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes or until light golden on top.
    •⁠ ⁠Once baked, pour generous 🍓 strawberry compote over the top.
