  1. Another amazing video!!! What I appreciate is the level of detail. You cover the food, the wine, the staff, the decor, the plates and silverware, the history of the restaurant, etc—everything is highlighted so that we as the viewers can immerse ourselves into the experience. Me personally, I love restaurants like these, and I know of a few people who are big fans of Table. When in France especially, your access to produce is almost unparalleled. The best vegetables, meats, fish, wine, cheese, etc—there are entire books of laws created to regulate the highest quality standards for what appears on your table. What Table does really well is adopts a market-driven philosophy where every new day brings an opportunity for new dishes as the seasons and the producers give them new things to work with. You can see this in restaurants here in the US like The French Laundry, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and SingleThread. It’s a very natural way of cooking and eating, in this case just elevated to the Michelin level, something I appreciate.
