Teething can affect appetite and make gums sensitive.
On those days, I keep meals soft and simple.
Recipe:
• 1 small potato (cut into strips)
• A handful of French beans (sliced lengthwise)
• A pinch of turmeric
• Water to boil
• ½ tsp ghee
• A pinch of jeera
Boil the vegetables for 8–10 minutes until very soft.
Drain and lightly toss in ghee and jeera for 20–30 seconds.
The result is a mild, comforting, and easy-to-chew meal for teething days.
Always adjust texture based on your baby’s age and chewing ability.
