This is my new “high-ish” French toast and she is DELICIOUS. 😍
Makes 2 servings!
Ingredients:
🍞 150g (4 slices) sourdough bread
🥚 1 large egg
🥛 2 tbsp fat-free milk
💪 1 scoop of collagen (I used Bub’s that has 20g of protein!)
🍨 1/2 scoop vanilla protein smoothie (FlavCity and code NYNYBIZ saves 15%!)
Whisk the egg, milk, collagen + protein together. Dip each slice (both sides!) and cook in a nonstick skillet 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
Serve with your fav syrup. And yes, Mrs. Butterworth’s is the GOAT.
