No cheese on biscuits/crackers and bread with partially hydrogenated oils, lecithin or seed oils. My uncle and his son died around 65, and loved biscuits/bread very much. I'm 68, NO biscuits++ since I was around 60. Silage with seed oils fed to cows: Fat deposits with seed oils in the skin of older cows, struggling with Omega 6, contaminating the meat!
