🥔 Aloo Cutlet — Ingredients (with measurements)
Boiled potatoes — 1/2 kg (4–5 medium)
Crushed red chili flakes — 1 tsp
Salt — 1 tsp (or to taste)
Roasted cumin powder — 1 tsp
Black pepper powder — 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala — 1 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves — 2–3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chilies — 1–2 (finely chopped)
🔹 Coating Mix
Cornflakes — 1 cup (crushed)
Breadcrumbs — 1/2 cup
🔹 Batter
Egg — 1
Milk — 1/4 cup (4–5 tbsp)
Salt — 1/4 tsp
Black pepper — 1/4 tsp
Ginger powder — 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder — 1/4 tsp or ¼ tsp ginger garlic paste
All-purpose flour (maida) — 1/4 cup (4–5 tbsp)
Little milk or water — to adjust consistency
🔹 For Frying
Oil — for deep frying

For eggless coating:-
Eggless Batter (Slurry)
All-purpose flour (maida) — 1/2 cup
Cornflour — 2 tbsp (for extra crispiness)
Salt — 1/4 tsp
Black pepper — 1/4 tsp
Water or milk — as needed to make a medium-thick batter

🔥 Air Fryer Method
1️⃣ Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes
2️⃣ Lightly brush or spray oil on cutlets
3️⃣ Air fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes
4️⃣ Flip halfway for even crispiness
👉 For extra crispy texture, spray a little oil again after flipping
