  1. I’m here for your videos no matter what you’re cooking!! Ive found so many recipes watching your channel that are in rotation in our meal plans!! I truly appreciate all the trouble you go to so we can have great food to feed our families!!

  2. Valerie I honestly have to say you do have such an arsenal of the most delicious recipes, and I love the way you break them down with such easy directions. Thank you for sharing and Many Blessings.❤❤❤❤

  3. Hello Valerie, I make a casserole with Pork Cops w/the bone, about 2 onions sliced a little thicker than thin, 1 can of cream of celery (my husband doesn’t like cream of mushroom so I use cream of celery, the last item is a box of stovetop stuffing.
I slice the onions then I lay them on the bottom of the casserole dish 9 x 13 or larger. This will hold 4 pork chops with the bone. Once you lay the onions die then add your pork chops on top of the onions. I empty my can of soup into a measuring cup so I don’t make a mess. Once n in the measuring cup I add some milk. I don’t make it real thin, it’s easier to pour with milk in it. Once you have the soup all mixed then for the stuffing I do about 1 1/4 cup of hot water and place the stuffing in a bowl and add about 1/2 stick of butter to the stuffing then pour the hot water of the stuffing and butter and mixed. I add more sliced onions on top of the pork chops then I add the stuffing on top of the onions and pork chops, once everything is on the pork chops then pour the soup over everything. Then place tin foil over the pork chops for 45 minutes after the 45 minutes is up remove the tinfoil and cook for about 15 minutes. Once the 25 minutes is up it’s done. Let it sit for about 5-8 minutes to set. I usually don’t make anything else because this is so filling. My family loves it. ❤❤❤, I now have my grandson watching you. He loves when you’re making cakes. 💜💜💜💜💜

  4. Hi Val, I'm from Michigan and never heard of Dukes Mayo until I started watching your Videos. To my surprise my grocery store started carrying Dukes and I had to try it, I do like it. They should sponsor you. I'll bet you sold many jars of Dukes mayo!

  5. My goodness, perfect video for me for sure! All recipes are ones I've never tried before! Thank you Valerie for the inspiration!

  8. YOU PEOPLE ARE SICK……! ANY ONE WHO EATS CHICKEN….A BIRD THAT EAT'S IT'S OWN POOP…….IS SICK IN THE ……HEAD……….!

  9. Hi Valerie, every recipe you make looks really delicious. Thank you for the clear instructions as well. My favorite casserole is chicken pot pie. Instead of cream of…..soup, I thicken my homemade chicken broth with cornstarch. I like to top mine with crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. I also love anything Mexican. Could you do a video on Mexican casseroles? Lastly, I LOVE IT when you mention your family especially your daddy!!❤❤❤❤

  12. It's called a meat tenderizer or Jaccard. I have one that I use all the time. They work great especially for some tougher cuts of meat.
