I finally tried the viral avocado fries 🥑👀

I made mine a little chunkier but you can shape them thinner if you want more of a classic French fry vibe.

Ingredients (makes 8 serves):
– 100g avocado
– 50g grated parmesan
– 1 whole egg

Mix, shape and bake or air fry until golden and crispy!

Macros per serve:
➡️ 51 cals | 3g protein | 4g fat | 1g carbs

Bake at 200 celsius for 15-20min

  3. I made it and didn't like the bitter aftertaste of avocado.
    So I googled it to find out why is that the case.
    "The bitter aftertaste is almost certainly caused by heating the avocado. While most vegetables hold up well to heat, avocados contain delicate, heat-sensitive compounds that undergo chemical changes when baked."

    I'll mix something else next time instead of avocados.
