  1. Fun fact that most Americans don't know: Quebec makes all the same cheeses that they make in France. Enjoy them all with a much shorter trip!

  2. Have you discovered any good vegan cheeses? Or restaurants. I'm planning a trip to Europe in August and hope to spend 3 nights in Paris.

  3. You literally named my 3 favorite French cheese after living in the south of France for 2 years. In the US we can get a decent Roquefort. But we we can't get even a decent Camembert here. Not even close. Compte here is a 3 at best.

  4. Hmm. Missing French brie or camembert😢. It was revelation that some of the brands make them with less mature, cream cheese/hard cottage cheese like center. This gives so much more flavor and freshness when eaten in triangles.
