Never say she won’t like it. With her helping you, she should want to help try what she made! It’s a great way to get kids to eat different foods! Even just getting her to try a taste is a step in the right direction
Make a compound butter with beef bone marrow, anchovies, and egg yolk, slather that on the bread, toast, THEN add the provolone, heat till melted, then do the rest. You will NEVER forget that taste.
Can make mashed potatoes from a bag. Spread them on a plate. I heat my roast beef on the stove. Dump beef on potatoes. Jar of beef gravy. Heat in microwave 1-2 minutes. Pour over potatoes and beef.
Try to put garlic butter on the bread before you toast the cheese & use the leftover butter to saute the thin onion slices . Add those to your sand which . YUMMMMMMM
So I saw this video like a week ago. Just got done making them. I subbed the cheese for hot jalapeno habanero pepper jack and I'm not mad at all. I had to comment this in between sandwiches lol everyone have a good day. Eat on friends.(Yes I know he does more than food lol)

If you put garlic and butter on the bread put it in the oven for a couple of minutes then put the cheese on and melt it. It’s a whole different world.
