I learned these Recipes from a French Baker and now they are My Favorites! Simple ingredients, spectacular results! Perfect for the holidays or whenever you’re craving something homemade and sweet.

🚩Ingredients and recipe:
300 ml of warm milk.
80 g of sugar.
7 g of vanilla sugar.
9 g of dry yeast.
mix well.
80 g of melted butter.
2 eggs.
6 g of salt.
mix well.
750 g of wheat flour.
mix well with a spatula.
Knead the dough by hand.
Continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth.
cover and let rise for an hour.
The dough rose like a cloud.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
grease with butter.
Sprinkle the entire surface of the dough with chocolate drops.
make cuts.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
cover and leave for 30 minutes.
Mix an egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
