Opposition leader Robert Kyagulanyi, alias Bobi Wine, has called on the international community to impose targeted sanctions against President Museveni, his son Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba and other senior government officials over alleged human rightS violations.     Can someone tell me what Bobby is FOR? I've been looking for a year what he would do, if he actually won the election. Just being against corruption and human rights violations isn't enough, you have to be for something. To be honest, that he says nothing to the topic of his own vision for the land is very concerning. Kinda says that he doesn't understand leadership and is not ready for the position. What is his idea of a form of government? What are his economic ideas?
