Brian me old china, I think that car is a Mehari, based on a Citroen 2CV. It’s definitely not a Mini Moke. Other than that, yet another cracking and inspirational blog. Thanks very much.
As im siitinng in my room on the MV Oosterdam going through the Strait of Magellen, i can also travel with you to the west of France and see Dan slipp on the coppered roof and experience heart stopping moment as he bounced back. Life is am adventure.
Funny how I’m craving fish and chips today.😉 I love the idea of buying a bottle of local wine in every town you visit. Of course you’ll have to choose something else in non -wine producing areas as you mentioned , beer, cider, or a liqueur. Build up that cellar and then invite us all for an apero.
Love your no plan vlogs! When I hit sixty I sold my house in France and just went travelling on a budget. I went by plane, ship, train and car, anywhere cheap and interesting. Best 2 years of my life 🙂 x
Hear me out: What if there was a travel tour option that follows the different towns Brian visited throughout his videos? And we had to wear a t-shirt that was a green in color, had Pascal (wearing a star patterned beanie) on the front pocket area and on the back the quote: Give it a lash and whatever happens, happens. – Brian's Life in France
You’re a role model, Brian. We bought a house in central Portugal back in October, and by next October, we’ll be in Europe full‑time. At that point, I fully intend to buy a small European convertible with a stick shift and wander the continent while thinking about the next poem I’m going to write. Your vlogs help me keep perspective as I finish this last year of corporate life. Thank you for that. Cheers!
I don't mind your vlogs where you have no plans and don't know what you're doing! I'd love to go to that sculpture exhibition one year! Thanks for the info🤗 👏👏
I found myself wandering round a new place yesterday & realised I was doing a Briane style commentary as I was going along on my own. It made me smile when I realised.

Some people collect fridge magnets as a souvenir of their travels but I like the idea of buying local wine from your travels. ❤️🇨🇦❤️

Great vlog as usual and I totally agree about Philips shaved head, who knew he’d still look amazing
Who is Ellen????
It seems like this blog was about wankers building castles on rivers to steal money from farmers.
I love it when you get tickled at what you are talking about.
Loved the crossover comments about Philip and Stephanie, such a great collection of friends
That "football shaped" cloud is partly sand from the Sahara blown in with the Southern winds. We get it here in Greece at this time of the year.
Brian is the best example of the Flaneur and the art of Flanerie keep on going.

Brian, that’s not a mini poke, that’s a méhari. Made by Citroen, with a 2CV engine and a fibre body.

2 bottles of wine to take home, 1 to take to a friend and drink together, 1 to share with friends who come to stay in your guesthouse? 🍷 🥂 🍷 😊
No, Brian!!! The yellow car is a Citroën Méhari…
