➡️ Steps :-
1. Take 3 potatoes, nicely wash and peels potatoes
2. Thickly cuts them into wedges
3. Add ¼ cup Salt in boiling water
4. Add in potato wedges, boil for 5 min
5. Strain and let it cool
6. Transfer potato wedges in a bowl
7. Add 1 tbsp Maida, 1 tbsp Rice flour, 1 tsp Oregaon, 1 tsp Chilli flakes, 1 tsp Salt, ½ tsp Pepper powder, ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
8. Mix everything together and coat potatoes well
9. Deep fry potatoes in hot oil until golden and crispy
10. Strain potatoes and keep aside
11. Now heat butter in pan
12. Add 1 tbsp chopped Garlic, fry until light golden in colour
13. Add in fried potatoes, ¼ tsp Chilli flakes, ¼ tsp Chaat masala
14. Coat well
15. Finish with coriander leaves and Enjoy!!.
