Stop stressing. Here is *exactly* what you are going to do for Valentine’s Day this year. Also, are those zip ties in his mouth? Yup. This one has sticky syrup, spatula slapping and cheeky innuendo for days. STRAP IN FOLKS.

UPDATE: Mrs. Brown (Elizabeth) neither endorses nor condones AB’s mildly unhinged kinkiness herein. Upon viewing this video she simply replied: “Pfffffft, you wish.”

  1. Hi guys! Brian here. (YES, from the thanksgiving live stream eggnog incident.) Popping in with an earnest “like the video” please! We all know AB pays no mind to the fickle algorithm and won’t hound you to do it – but I will!

The more likes, the more subscribers YouTube shows the thumbnail to, the more views it gets, the more videos AB makes and we all win! Ok, I’m off to buy some zip ties and an XL spatula. Have a great weekend!

  2. I’ve watched AB’s Good Eats shows growing up thanks to my dad. He would play an episode or two daily and it was pretty cool watching the episodes and all the comedy. Now, watching this video and seeing this side of AB makes me feel like I wasn’t supposed to see this.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Ah, yes. The Honeymoon Exercise Regimen.
So intense that most couples give up on it after a brief period of the calendar, but only the dedicated have the will to return to it time and again.

  4. I took a moment to make my own face do an emoji at your store bought honey. angry buzzing I hope you're saving the real stuff for something extra fancy.

  5. not recipe-related, but I appreciate that Alton has chosen to go with one of the lesser-known Bach cello suites for background music. There is more cello music than Prelude to Suite #1, who knew???

  6. As advertised, this recipe brought the goods…many thanks from a satisfied couple. We did have to wash the sheets two days in a row, but it was worth it. Monsieur? Madame? Prêts? Allez-y!

  7. Thanks to your teaching rather than just giving recipes, I feel like I have earned the title of "Chef"! You are the best.

  8. Made it today… Excellent!
I added a bit of orange juice to the "syrup" to kick it up a notch

I was worried the cheese flavor would be a bit strong….but not at all!

    Another Alton Brown masterpiece!

    Thank you

  9. That Epilogue, going into history, in that setting; was that a shout by Alton to Tasting History with Max??

  10. I’ve been a lifelong fan from Episode 1 of G.E. This one made me fall for AB all over again (Platonically of course! 😅😅)

  11. "Unlike say; a baguette, contains eggs." Unless it's water challah, which is vegan. I am Jewish. So I make challah for shabbat. I make water challah.

  12. @kerrygoldUSA Alton is the reason I first learned the difference between different butters. He’s the reason I buy your butter exclusively. Collab!?

  13. this version of Alton is so funny…. food network would never let this on public network…. GREAT JOB!!! thank you for making this content, reminiscent of one of my favorite shows…😂

  14. Made this for my lady for Valentine's day and it went over EXPLICITLY as Alton prescribed. I was a HERO and a multitude of bragging photographs were sent to her girlfriends like "look what this man did" – shout out to you, Alton Brown. A hero.
