1 small Aubergine
1/2 Red Onion & 1/2 White Onion
1/2 Yellow & 1/2 Green Peppers
4 small Tomatoes
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp Olive Oils (to roast)
Garlic
Fresh Basil
Dried Oregano – parsley – Herbes De Provence
Himalayan salt
TIPS :
1) Stir regularly
2) Add boiled water instead of oil when vegetables get sticked to the pan
